Insulation acts as a barrier to heat loss and gain, particularly in roofs, ceiling walls, and floors reducing energy consumption by keeping your home cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

This Vanglo house uses blown-in recycled fiberglass in the wall cavities as an economical and sustainable insulation option. The blown-in recycled fiberglass fills any missed gaps reducing air movement within the walls, compared to fiberglass batt insulation which requires precise cutting and measuring to fill odd spaces.

Basement ceiling and media room walls are sound-proofed, using Roxul Safe 'n' Sound insulation and resilient channels.
