1. CCDC 3 Contract

When contracting Vanglo for our preconstruction services, we utilize a CCDC 3 Cost Plus build contract along with our standard preconstruction supplemental conditions. The supplemental conditions are for the clients benefit. Supplemental Conditions include our simple opt-out protocol for added piece of mind when contracting in these early design stages and our promise to mobilise a construction crew within 90 days of the client receiving the Build Permit.
For the construction phase we operate under a CCDC 3 Cost Plus Contract.

2. Project Administration

The project will be administered through Buildertrend project management software, offering full client access to the ongoing project build budget, sub and supplier estimates/quotes and a Gantt project timeline.

Billing is sent out on a monthly basis. Billing includes a summary of labour hours, breakdown of materials, subcontractors and an updated build budget. The updated build budget will include an view of all costs to date, displayed alongside each scope line item to offer a granulated tracking of costs. Labour and individual material purchases are coded for transparent project accounting. All material purchases and subcontractor invoices, inclusive of builder discounts are presented + contractor fee.

3. Project Coordination
Martin Warren will be involved in all aspects of preconstruction services, pricing, prime & sub contract negotiations and available throughout the build.
The project coordination will be executed by Neil Johnson. Neil has been with Vanglo for over a decade and holds the position of General Manager. With a diploma in Architectural Technologies, he's well respected within the consultant community due to his deep-level understanding of construction detailing and keen sense of the design intent.

A site supervisor will be allocated once we have an estimated BP arrival date.

4. Site Progress Reporting

Once construction commences, your site supervisor will email a detailed weekly site progress report. Keeping you and the team up to date on progress for the week and stating construction goals for the coming week. Included in the report will be the updated Gantt project timeline. Progress tracking made easy should you be on the go and want to remain up to date.
