The Parker, had been one of Vancouver's first fine dining vegetarian restaurants, was built with the intent to achieve near zero waste and the desire to become a sexy destination for the discerning diner.  The restaurant routinely reduced it's landfill waste down to 1lb per month and was the recipient of the Vancouver Magazine Green Award.
