Our preconstruction services will fundamentally improve your build experience. Working with you, the design teams and all planning consultants, we will value engineer your project, syncing the project design with your construction budget. A comprehensive pre-construction phase takes a decisive step towards you having an in depth understanding of the build process and the construction budget analysis, all by the time your build permit arrives.

At Vanglo we use Buildertrend - the world's leading construction management software with client login for real time viewing of budgets, timelines and invoice forecasting. Our contracts are original Canadian Construction Documents Committee - Cost Plus contracts (CCDC 3)
